Introduction

I suppose the proper thing to do is to start off my blog introducing myself to the potential readers of this blog. I honestly don't know what to say about myself that won't come out sooner or later in future posts, but I can only hope that I don't bore you all to death.

I should warn you in advance that I am not a terribly exciting person, but what I lack in my day to day life, I make up for in my dreams. I actually am looking forward to putting my dreams in to a blog so that you guys and gals can get a kick out of what goes on when I'm sleeping. I have a tendency to fly a lot, there are dreams where I have amazing super powers, and then I have the occasional nightmare.

The main purpose is this blog is for me to share. I'm an only child, an INTJ, and pretty shut off from most people. I'm not the type of person to go and introduce myself to others at a party or to knock on the door of a neighbor when I move in. I just don't do that. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I don't trust too many people? Maybe it's because I like to be left alone? Whatever the reason may be, it's just who I am.

I hope that you all enjoy this blog, because I will enjoy updating it. This will give me an outlet that I've been wanting for awhile yet still maintaining a sense of anonymity. There will be times where I'll get personal and share things about myself I find hard to divulge to those who are around me, but for the most part I will try to keep the doom and gloom to a minimal.

Oh, I should warn you all in advance that sometimes, depending on the topic and how fired up I get about it, I have the tendency to swear like a sailor. That's why I put the 18+ warning on the blog. Being a parent, I wouldn't feel comfortable having my daughter read some of the things I say (even though she is just 6 right now, but still), so it's not that I am ashamed of what I say or my opinions, it's me being respectful of the other parents out there who might not be too keen on their little ones coming across my blog and it's content.

I can't promise that I'll be updating daily, but that doesn't mean I won't try. I will, however, be sure to read each and every comment that is posted because I do care what you guys have to say - be it positive or negative.
